On the iPad (unknown re other devices) I load up the App Store and do a search for my app, but instead of using the name I search instead for "sand". The results are sorted by the default setting, relevance. I see various sand apps old and new, I see apps which have nothing to do with sand, I go to page 2 (of the iPhone results this time) and I see an app that pretends to be sand but is actually a pencil simulator...I go to page 3...snore! So how do I sort this, obviously my first keyword is sand in iTC. I can't get though to anything but an automated reply at any support. It was the same when our icon was blackened out for the launch week. Any suggestions will be very much appreciated!
