I waited outside a Best Buy on launch day for the first iPad and I doubt anyone in that line considered it "essential", "revolutionary" or "magical". However people do tend to take this stuff a little too seriously and Jobs' flowerly language in describing every product off the Apple line is boarderline ridiculous at times. I can't really fault any of his arguments here, it's all in good fun.
Only just saw this myself guess I'm a few days behind I feel mostly the same way myself. I still find anti apple videos like this amusing in their truths probably because I'm mostly thinking the same kind of things when I'm watching an apple conference or advert. I've no interest in future apple devices until they up the 64GB now, and if I do ever upgrade it will probably be another Ipod, I'm afraid if I need a new phone or even tablet it will almost certainly be Android as I want to mess around with it.
