With the scroller, you can make it look heaps cool if you use a border for it (see my Crazy Tanks one). All you need to do is get a template (I used my charcoal white and red 300 one for Crazy Tanks) and pasting it in and then changing colour. Very easy, very effective
Hey guys posting wallpapers, your forgetting to have the full image in a URL link.. It's important for you to do this so people can get get good quality wallpapers.. Thumbnails are small and low resolution remember.. No use spending an hour an a wallpaper only to have it wrecked by dodgy quality Anyone got ANY feedback/requests for me??
Could you try making a space deadbeef one? Either that or flick fishing? P.s: im saving all the posted wallpapers and will make some of my own soon!

thanks, I really like this one a lot, it really shines when you have it set on the lockscreen. I don't quite understand what you mean with the slider, could you try to explain that to me? Also, I don't think many people are posting here because this thread is kinda dying. I think it was just a little destraction because the appstore was down. Oh well, you and I can keep it alive!
Try GIMPshop. Its really nice, and much easier to use than GIMP. I'll probably end up getting Photoshop Elements, just for this.
Yeah it's dying alrite. But there will always be more games coming out, so it will always be able to hang around. What I mean with the slider is, instead of sticking with an indented hole where it is (just following the shape it is) you can make a slider background be larger so that it borders the slider. Use my bootant one and you can see what I mean. Or with my fastlane one, instead of having an exact fit, I used a tyre skid that is a different shape and placement to where the slider is. It also attracts attention to anything behind the scroller which is always hard to see because of the darkness and opacity it has. Does this make sense?

Hey tennisking, easiest and best way to make wallpapers is to use an already made (or make) professional looking one cut out the middle (main part) then put heaps of effects on it to create templates. Then you can just mix and match for your first one. Lookfarward to seeing it
Ha, I made some of my own templates last might and I'll do some more work today and show some of it layer. I did a space deadbeef one that didn't turn out well. I'm gonna try to do a spin one, a Blocked one, and I'll just play around with some other stuff.
Good work. You understood what I said It's actually a lot of fun. Photoshop (or similar) is an amazing piece of software. So much cool stuff in it. I just finished my first "official" (lol not really, but sort of) iWallpaperâ„¢ for FDG Entertainments Bobby Carrot Forever (btw you can't see the tiny signiture on the wallpaper when your using it). Give me some feed back on this one because I think it stil needs work. thanks I'll probably put a "Coming January 2009" on it too sometime. So what do you think: btw, apart from the actual images from FDG Ent., this was 100% constructed by me, no 3rd party templates used at all.
That wallpaper looks really good. Maybe the one thing I didn't like was on the top you used blue and green, but on the slide button you used blue and yellow. Idk, maybe it's just me but maybe you could use the same color set for the top and bottom. Other than that it looks really good though
Did you make that specifically for the devs of Bobby Carrot? The wallpaper looks great! I think that one is your best so far, because it looks so professional. I bet the devs could put that in their game or something and people could screenshot it and use it for their wallpaper. Just an idea though Looks great PS I think all devs should start doing this. They should add a lockscreen wallpaper that comes with the game. That'd be so awesome
