Looking around for some games for my two year old nephew, so far "FirstWords Animals" has caught my eye but with no Lite version I'm unsure of its overall execution. So an impression of that would be helpful, but more so any other recommendations for games out there. Thank you for any replies.
Yes, I have seen quite a few applications for little ones in fact. I am on my ipod touch so, I can't post links but I will get some for you. You can look in the app store under the family and kid section under games, BUT I guess you did that already.
I think you're on the wrong site. Most people here are either into carnage or super relaxing games I would recommend a game called Preschool Arcade. Another is Toddler Tapping Zoo. Great for little kids...and they seem to enjoy them. Edit: I've tried both. They have simple controls but still very entertaining which generally suits me anyway.

Albie what are you talking about? Preschool apps are some of the most hardcore apps available right now! Baby Bottle Boppers is coming out this month!!!! The bottle bopping game of the century!!
Yeah, I've already looked into those sections, what I'm really after is elaborate feedback of apps and even recommendations of those apps that fly right under the radar. Thanks for already having some in mind, I anticipate thise links.

LOL..TWO ( 2 ) year olds ppl..i guess u can look for those apps where u identify color..draw shapes..or i remember there was an app made for kids..there was a bee..and he read words aloud!
I heard there was a dizzy bee game or something out? A lot of people seem to like that. You're two year old might enjoy it.

Thanks for the replies so far, I wasn't expecting them so quickly! Some of those have really caught my eye, I can see my nephew enjoying them. But of course, please keep them coming if you can, I'm in a spending mood for the little guy.

Lol...ever thought of going to the toy store? But I guess this way you can play the games too...so it's a win-win situation .
