I don't even know if it available any more - but I thought that Mondrian was one of the best, coolest puzzle games that I have ever come across. Nice difficulty ramp up, different effects over time, a minimalist, but very humorous story line. i know that there are lots of puzzlers that have elements every bit as good as Mondrian - but nothing has the whole package - or have I missed something? As I do not know Mondrian, it is hard for me to recommend something similar. Have you tried Clarc, Hitman Go, English Country Tune, Shapist?
