99c sale ends within 60 minutes!

Yes, every good thing ends, eventually.

It's nearly 6pm local time, I'm thinking getting a coffee maker, leaving about an hour before the price adjustment goes through ;)

Antistar made a quick dash into the top 75 adventure, Japan and it feels like many players enjoyed this promotion.

The app will be at $1.99 (30% off) until Monday (L.A. time!).

I was kind of thinking delegating the 3D artwork because I want updates to move fast; however, it's been suggested several times that our visuals are unique and stylish - so I guess I'll remain the main contributor on the art side.

Love it, hate it + judge for yourself:

    The 'golem' puzzle

If you have played the game, I am wondering what you thought about the 'big crow, small crow' puzzle.

    Too hard?
    Illogical?
    Impossible?

I have to ask because, although I know some players get it by sheer luck, and others just solve it, I've also had feedback from friends who simply got stuck, and stayed stuck...

    Thanks

    No Lite version yet,
The game has some technical problems with background detection but nothing an update could not solve.
This is also not fast paced game, the engine would not allow it either.

It´worth the $2 but no everybody will like it.

As with Sword & Sworcery some people just don´t get the art style.

    That's right :).
Also, improvements to the camera, the dialog system, and a new d-pad. We thought it was important to listen to our players' advice, on TA and elsewhere, and offer these improvements first.

We are working on **5 new chapters** planned as a free update for October-November.

Special thanks to iFanzine for an uber-cool review:

Woa, the update really shines, it´s like a new game.

tappable dialogues, nice performance improvement and I think a more responsive control, too.

    great work!

Sometimes, just asking is all it takes

You Call has been Heard. Top 25 in app store Japan in the last couple of days. Did you threaten by-passers with a katana or is it actually worse?

BTW, there is an iFanzine contest with 5 promo codes to win.

I saw the price drop and decided that now I had no reason not to download it. Played only the first two levels so far but it's very strange, but in a good way. Definitely glad I bought it.

Looks like so much good work and care has been put in to this for just $.99 or 59p a go - can't resist giving this a go now ;-)

Agreed, the new update massively improves Antistar. Playing the game again now in anticipation of the new chapters!

@tea, thanks for the mention - getting some bizarre entries ;)

I'm just really starting to get into this game... and it's really really good so far. It's definitely got a creepy factor, while staying away from the Resident Evil/Silent Hill/Dead Space type look. It actually kind of reminds me of Serial Experiments: Lain.

Anyway... GREAT job! I can't wait to finish it!
