I have an annoying problem on iTunes. Sometimes when I try to redeem a code, I type in the code, and it begins downloading. Suddenly iTunes stops responding and freezes up. I then have to do control+alt+delete to end the program. I open itunes back up, the app isnt there, isnt downloading, and when i retype in the code, it says that this code has already been used, but it doesnt show on my applications or iTUnes. This is really annoying, and it has happened to me three times now. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Does anyone know how to fix it?
Yeah, just download the app. It'll ask you if you want to purchase it but then it will tell you it's free as you've already bought the game. I've had that happen but it works...let me know
This sorta happened to me a few times, but with games i was purchasing. Froze up in middle of downloading and i had to close down iTunes. When i went back in, after the long backing up and so forth, i looked and the app wasnt there. So i clicked to buy again cause my account hadnt been debited. Then itunes told me that i had already downloaded the game and do i wish to do it again. So i clicked yes. Then it completed the download and debited me, for a single purchase of the game. Dont know why or how all that happened, and cant really give any answers for ya, but just giving feedback on a similar situation.
I tried but i dont have any itunes money, and when i did it said, you will be debited the amount for this game, are you sure you want to but it? Did it say that for you? And im mad because the one code was luxor. Of course, if someone made a donation...
Yes, it acts as if you are about to buy it but if you are sure the download started, you really should be good to go. It'll then tell you it's free since you already bought it.... I know it's scarey but you'll need to make that leap of faith....
Good stuff! Glad it worked. I mean, I knew it would and all, but can appreciate the "scariness" of the possible purchase. Enjoy your codes! Just make sure now to only download the ones you had codes for and not accidentally buy one that you didn't have a code for. I take no responsibility for that!
