New Years? Hey, who knows? Considering how many updates there were for the original Angry Birds, they might just release some new levels in honor of some random snowstorm in a remote place in Colorado!
It may have a countdown timer, but you need an internet connection. So those of us with ipod touches and no wifi can't play.
I got the update thru itunes on my computer. But I don't have a wifi connection to unlock the individual levels.
Uninstall the app and redownload the game each day. This will be a painful process and you will lose all the levels you've unlocked If i were you, I would do this after all the levels are unlocked, i.e on Christmas Day.
I don't think this would work, because the first level was locked when I updated the app on Dec. 2. A little message popped up that said there doesn't seem to be a connection. I hope Rovio will release an update after Christmas that will unlock all levels.
Yes. Just kidding. Its crazy how people who don't even own smart phones know about this game. Yesterday at Starbucks a guy next to us said he was about to lose his job 'cause he wouldn't stop playing it. He finally had to delete it. Not for everyone I guess but its been the top-seller for many months now. There are popular games I don't care for either so its all up to you.
