Yeah I can't believe the Gold requirements for some upgrades. If you can only get 3 per day, you'll have to save forever unless you get that IAP. They should introduce other ways to earn gold.
There was a patch today and they fixed a few things including achievements. They also finally added the missing potions.
I was looking for how to get past a level, and found they have youtube videos for a lot of A.B. Epic. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PEmHU4k7Pz4 AngryBirdsNest is posting lots of good videos. Pity their party is level 23 to do this level. I guess I'll have to put off doing it for quite a while.
There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to what gives you 3 stars on a level. If I finish with full health-I can still get 1 star.
It appears to be a combination of health and speed (how many turns/moves it took you to finish the battle).
I logged in today and all the gold coins I had been saving up have all disappeared. I'm not a happy camper.
Hey, hopefully the full release is soon. Really want to start playing. Keep an eye on the forums and follow Angry Birds on twitter for updates. I'll post if I hear anything.
There is a lot of content in this game. Even when you finish the storyline there are many dungeons to do and this big cave system to work through. Each room in the cave has about 10 areas to clear, and each area is a 10 stage dungeon. So it has heaps of end game content. However if I get a text or minimise the game during any multi level dungeon, when I restore I get kicked out of it with an iCloud synch message. My recruited helper is used up and I have to start it again. groan.
Yes, it's a really fun game but there are still some bugs. The social side of the game is still messed up. Disappearing friends, no daily rolls, unable to send or receive requests/essenses. Hopefully they can fix everything and do the wide release soon.
I have been LOVING this game for a couple weeks now (I started a bit late). So much deep strategy, no real paywalls or artificial limitations and just a ton of fun. That said, I FINALLY broke down and made a "games only" Facebook account yesterday and managed to get it linked to my game. The problem I'm having now is that it's reverted to my real FB account and nothing I do seems to have any affect. I've gone so far as deleting my FB info from general settings and logging out of the app, yet it still shows my real account in the game. I restarted my phone, linked the phone back to the games only account and logged in to it with the FB app and it is still stuck on my real one. Is there any way to force the game to logout of Facebook?
I sure hope so. I'm really looking forward to the UK release. Looks like the game is still being developed and bugs are being ironed out.
While they're fixing bugs they should also look into adding some "fun" to the game. Games usually have that element.
So is it out yet? I cant find it in the app store. Would be interesting to see how the iAPs are now with the world wide release. I hope they are not too extreme.
