I'm not sure I understand this app. Do you select one of the tracks--say "First Steps," for example--and then choose an entrainment thing to go with it? So if I combine First Steps with Caffeine/alertness, it will wake me up, but if I combine First Steps with deep sleep, it will relax me? Same track combined with different entrainments do different things? Thanks for making it free for Thanksgiving! I'll give it a whirl and see what happens. I mainly want an app to help me relax and fall asleep...
