      I don't really download my apps from Itunes much because I have a bunch of apps and I don't want to sync them all but is there a way I can only pick one or two from my computer and put it on my iPod without having to do "all apps on your iPod will be replaced with these"?

      I'm jailbroken by the way so if there's a program/ app for that please tell.

      That option has always been there... click the Apps tab...

      I try clicking on the apps and it won't let me, only let's me click on the one that syncs all.

      I've done it once with my friend's once but I don't see why I can't click ANYTHING.

      I just noticed, on the right where it shows my pages it says "FCSB does not allow this feature", what does that mean?

      You have five column springboard installed so you can't sort icons in iTunes because it doesn't recognize the layout. It doesn't effect anything else.

      You have to disable it.

      Then you can re-enable it after sync.

      Can I SSH an app from Itunes onto my ipod?

      You can using an SSH program, but not through iTunes...

      I'm not sure, but (don't ban me) I'm sure it'd be the same process as SSHing a cracked app, which is all over the web no doubt.
