  1. Gonna dig deep down into some strange old school rules of cinema for this one.

    Question 7

    Category: Vintage cinema

In the earlyish days of cinema (1930s-40s), a man and a woman were only allowed to be shown on the same bed together if they were depicted as married, fully clothed and outside the covers. But there was one other thing both actors had to do at all times to pass moral muster according to the motion picture production code of the time. What was it?

Was that the keep one foot on the ground bit?

(If I win, give the code to JCik68)

  4. Sorry, I should have specified I was looking for an arcade video game; I keep forgetting about old mainframe games of the era. :D I'll send you a code for my own oversight.

Darn I think it is each had to have a foot on the floor, but it looks like someone already got it. I need to be faster :p

Haha most of the time for this reason married couples were on twin beds. It's kinda funny how far we've come in that aspect.

Rachel can have the code if JCik68 was sent one already. ;)

    (If I'm right, that is...)

  8. That was fast. :) Yes, that was it. It was part of the Hays Code, the moral code that governed motion picture production of the day.

So I guess I'll pass your code on to JC. :D

  12. Yep, there's one last question! :) Let's talk about some atmospheric weather effects... don't worry, easy one this time.

    Question 8

    Category: Weather

When tiny hexagonal ice crystals form in high cirrus clouds and cause the dawn or dusk sun to appear as if there is a halo around it, what are the flares to either side of the halo called?

  17. Drelbs is a bit early to be playing Santa Claus, but there you go. Sun dogs, Parhelia or mock suns are all good, Mister Wikipedia. :D And Rachel wins a code. :D

That's all for now folks! But it won't be the last chance. Bundle Back 2, with 3 apps including mine will be released soon so I'll have some codes to give out for that one, too. :D

Thanks alot :)! You are very good at trivia haha.

I'll be sure to review the app soon. It looks nice =)

  19. Oh, just for fun, CMEs are Coronal Mass Ejections, which is when the sun basically has a little explosion and ejects billions of tons of mass. I definitely wouldn't want to see one of those coming my way except when they light up the auroras. :D

Haha I was trying to get an answer fast since I always was a few minutes behind :p.

    Auroras are cool though

Edit: I just remembered that my skull candy earbuds are being replaced and should be in in a couple of days. Sadly I won't get to try this out until then because the apple earbuds stink for this stuff :(.
