I just wanted to share this with you. A few days ago my iTouch's headphone jack stopped working properly, as in the sound messed up when you moved the headphones in the jack. I (well, my mum cause it was a christmas present) phoned up Amazon a few days ago (saturday or sunday I think) and they said they'd send a new one first class asap. It came today (tuesday), I transfered everything over without a hitch, saved games and settings from the backup, and now I have to send back the old one at some point. I thought that was pretty amazing, and I think i'll take a bit more care of this new one so i'm going to buy a case for it. I think that the NeoTouch looks the best, so I went to amazon and to my surprise the white version is half the price of the black one! I think i'll order the white one right away .

Seriousley though APPLE has great customer service My friends dog ate my blue tooth and they replaced it. All I brought back was a box and what looked like a piece of black plastic To bad iTunes doesn't practice the same level of service
