I think they're all alright. I won't be bias in my entry of course, but I was pleasantly surprised to know I'm a finalist. haha. To be honest, I like the first one (no, that's not my one); just has a nice, corny B-movie ring to it. But hey, that might be a bad thing for some people.
I thought my taglines were pretty good ...oh well, pretty sure everyone thought up some good ones. I like the "Thousands of them..." one. I like mine still, hehe 1. Darkness falls when something strange comes.... 2. Dark place in a dark world, Minigore. 3. A peaceful, quiet, dark world out there... Congrats to contestants that made it.
Hmm, at this rate, the first choice is gonna lock up the competition. Dang it, oh well. I can live with it.
Not sure I would ever be ready to see a Frankenstein monster with the likenesses of six TA members... I wouldn't want it to break the screen of my iPhone 3G.....I hear the swan song playing now...G minor, I think ::hint::hint::
Thousands of them... Only one of you. So happy to be a finalist. Thanks very much, and good luck to the other finalists.
While I agree that the first one is kinda corny, it's still a lot better than the others. G-minor is nice but I don't think I get the pun...?
It refers to the "ancient belief" that the species of Mute Swan is mute its entire life until it's death, releasing a beautiful cry just beforehand. It has come to refer to any sort of final, dramatic appearance. Sort of a last hurrah.
Which is precisely why it doesn't make sense as a tagline. I wouldn't want to advertise a game as a "last hurrah"
hey, chill out. All I did was post on iptf saying the contest had reached the point of six finalists. Then I said vote for me... I gave a link to this page... People can vote for whatever they want. It's not like I offered a dollar to everyone who votes for me. That's would be a jerk thing to do. I didn't break any rules.
i dont like the first or last one because they are too common and this game needs a comedy tagline but this game looks awesome it reminds me of boxhead. if this had a global co-op mode it would be insanely beast
Well, first of all, specifying what key a swan song is in is hilarious. Second, it could be like the character's swan song, just before he dies, he epically kills a bunch of creatures, 300 status.
They ALL suck. How about: "The woods are lovely, dark, and deep. But I have promised to kill the Creeps...."
