Kicker to grind three times - done finally, with the last one coming as I escaped the first elder Now I have the dreaded land two triple back flips As for the difficult challenges, it's re fact that they are possible if everything goes your way that makes them much more satisfying to complete
Izel? BAH! Am I the only one who absolutely despises Izel? She's too slow at flipping to be able to safely flip in most situations, but her innate speed isn't fast enough to get away without flipping. Her special ability seem to be that her speed increases more when boosted, but combined with her dodgy flipping this just makes her more dangerous to control. Every other situation seems to be a blind gamble with this toon, I just hate her!
I agree. She's fun to play, but risky. Maya's a safer bet if you want to be able to pull off lots of tricks.
yeah, she's risky and you need to know if that jump is good for a backflip or you will crash. However i prefer her because she goes faster than Maya, so you won't fall down any cliff gaps even non-boosted. You just need to be much more careful with her, but if you boost her once or twice, it gets easier from there.
I find she's awful for escaping Elders. Fine if there's some convenient, reachable bunting but if there are rocks that need jumping there's nothing to do except accept defeat after a long, hard playthrough.
Haha finally got two triple backflips in a run. For the second one I had done a normal backflip to gain speed but I landed on a rock right at the edge of another slope so I had tons of air time to add another two backflips to the total. I'd say it was luck but I ended up with four triple backflips that run so...
Don't get the rock bounce to grind goal, so I deleted the game for now, and come back later because it has ICloud save. Seeing that I purchased all the items with the coins, why not use coins to skip a goal that's hard, for let's say 1000 coins.
Nooooo, I've been doing combos to beat the band and trying as hard as I can to do a triple at every opportunity but no such luck! There must be something I'm missing....
1000 coins is pretty much nothing, it takes 2-3 runs to grab that amount. If it was 10.000 I wouldn't mind to accept that so the game's still challenging enough. But the goals are getting harder and you need the skills to accomplish them. If you'll keep skiping the goals, there'll be no learning curve and mainly no satisfaction after successful attempt. For example I'm currently stuck at level 42 for 2nd day already but I'm still trying I'm sure it's doable and eventually I'll do it, it just need some patience.
You're not missing anything, you just need to keep trying. Except the one goal I'm currently stuck at (level 42 - spook 30 birds while grinding in one run) the triple backflip 2 times during 1 run is pretty much the hardest I guess. Funny things is the moment you'll accomplish that you'll be triple-backflipping like nothing after that. It's gonna happen with more goals on the way.. When you need to do the trick, you'll fail multiple times. That's the beauty of this game anyway, try not to focus on those backflips, just keep playing and get familiar with the enviroment, you'll eventually predict when the hill is steep enough to make the triple backflip easily. Just keep it up, the feeling when you accomplish that is priceless

Good advice that! Not wanting to brag but I didn't find the two triple backflips that difficult... I found just forgetting about that challenge and playing to just get far in the level helped. It seems like you need to get to at least the first elder to get a hill big enough to triple off.
I'm stuck on the spook 30 birds while grinding. I was thinking Paz might be good as he'll hit the bunting at the start to spook the birds because of his weight but I find clearing chasms with him tricky so I'll get 60 % then wiped out on that god awful massive chasm. I'm gonna keep trying with llama. Good luck on the triple backflip, I it lucky and it wasn't too difficult, double backflip over a chasm was tricky for me, I do it almost every run apartrom when I needed to. After clearing the challenge set I don't look at the next goals and just enjoy the run, more often than not I clear challenges, I find trying stops me getting it a lot.
Here is a breakdown of the ways to score points. Stunts Backflip: 10 Double Backflip: 60 Triple Backflip: 200 Quadruple Backflip: 500 Proximity Backflip: 300 Rock Bounce: 80 Fire Stomp: 180 Ramp Kicker: 20 Chasm Jump: 50 Wingsuit: 30 Loop de loop: 40 Thread the needle: 240 Bunting Grind: 10 + 5 per 2m Roof Grind: 10 + 5 per 2m Grind Bonus: 300 Kiss the Rail: 250 Other Coin: 10 Big Coin: 100 Llama: 200 Ice Slide: 10 Rock Smash: 50 Firepit Smash: 100 Elder Woken: 200 Elder Escaped: 800 Sunrise: 1000 I just made the list from watching videos and experimenting so some may be wrong. Let me know if there are any missing or if you have corrections. Tips: Grinding is key to scoring, so grind whenever possible. If the grind is flat through a tower, don't jump so you can get the Grind Bonus. If the grind peaks at a tower, do a backflip to build up the multiplier. While doing this, keep an eye on the next tower and if it is an arch, switch to the wing suit while still in the air and drop down below the grind to Thread the Needle through the arch then backflip back onto the grind. End it with a Kiss the Rail for some really nice points. I got a 19k combo doing this. If there are no grinds around, try to do a Proximity Backflip over a steep cliff and then switch to the wing suit for a second to fling yourself up then do a double back flip and repeat to build up the combo. It is a good idea to throw in a few high point stunts and multiply that with a lot of quick stunts. They both work together this way and you won't score much doing one without the other.
