'Ello guys! I'm looking for an alternative music player, that supports the iPod, because iTunes is simply slow. Any ideas? Songbird was a great one few years ago, but they seem to have removed the iPod support.
If you are in the UK I read spotify can do it and the only other one I know is mediamonkey but I'm sure there are others. I'm not a fan of itunes myself but as I have a lot of apps etc I just put up with it.
Mediamonkey is one I didn't like at all when I tried - had to restore my iPod, it screwed it up so much. And right, I can put up with its slowness, but the worst thing is, I can easily find a plugin that gets the lyrics of songs (and then writes it into the file) for other players, not for this.
