Work has not even started on the iPhone version of Zenonia 2. If you have the willpower to wait until 2010 then be my guest though.
No offense to Zenonia fans, but... yeah, I do I'm sure there's gonna be plenty of stuff to keep me busy.
I think I am pretty vocal about my love for G.I. Joyride. I play it pretty much everyday and I don't know why, I just really love it and unlike other so called "really addicting apps" I don't get tired of it after 30 mins. So I would suggest that of course. Also if you like Rhythm games (which I guess it doesn't really look like you do), I would highly recommend Guitar Rock Tour 2. It's quite fun and I think pretty well priced at only 4.99. Hero of Sparta is quite nice, but once you play it there isn't much reason to keep it on the device except to show off, haha. Also the Nimblebit stuff, Scoops, Sky Burger, and Moon Drop are quite nice. Even Bluebird though it's not really my cup of tea can be fun . Other then that you have pretty much everything I have that's worth a damn
I keep looking at G.I. Joyride, something about it draws me in but then I think... it's just driving an APC in a straight line, and people seem to think it's quite short. I do enjoy those kinda "moon buggy" games though, anyone know more of those? Rhythm games I love, but only on consoles I tried one of the Tap Tap games and it just wasn't the same at all. Nimblebit games seem a little too plain for me, I'd probably enjoy them if they were free...
That's fair enough. G.I. Joyride is just driving in a straight line, and that's all there really is. You unlock new cars that handle differently and you get new paint jobs for those cars. Something about it is fun though, trying to beat the last run in some way and it always feels fresh to me, each play run (which lasts as long as you can) feels different and fun. Yeah I understand your dislike of ipod rhythm games. I would say try the Guitar Rock Tour Life version, but the original is really poor, they didn't seem to get it right until the second one. It's worth a try, it feels different then tap tap if for nothing else other then that you are actually going along with an instrument instead of with the general song like in tap tap. And yeah I can see Nimblebit games seeming plain. It all depends on the type of player you are. To me they feel like Minigore (which I see you own). They don't really have much meat to them in terms of modes or features, it's just a solid game that is fun to play over and over when you have a few free mins to kill .
wow. cant imagine how much memory all that is clogging up you might wanna try out gangstar. I personally got kinda bored with it, but I havent been able to play it for more than 15 minutes
Yeah I quite like GI Joyride but I found that once I had unlocked all the vehicles and got a platinum badge for everything it got kind of boring as the facebook connect for some reason crashed the app every time I tried
Baseball Slugger Big Booty Caster CopterKid Dungeon Scroll Eliss Fling Green Fingers Kryzer Must Eat Birds Numba Perfect Balance Radius SkyBurger Stay TaxiBall Timeloop The Trooper
Peggle Baseball Slugger HR 3D GI Joyride (Really awesome game, go get it!) Galaxy on Fire Puzzle Quest INKVADERS Samurai: Way of the Warrior And that's about it!
Stop telling me to buy Peggle everyone, it's in the screenshot About 2.4GB, and I have Gangstar I get a little bored of it too, feat of engineering but looking at it as a free roaming gangster game it's not amazing. I like the look of The Trooper. G.I. Joyride I'll probably get through peer pressure if nothing else, and Blue Defense looks quite nice, even if it is worryingly sexual.
I think Drop7 is one of the best pure games on the platform. There is nothing flashy about it, other than the incredible game mechanic. Also, don't forget about Spider.
It's his first post too. You can see he's going to become quite a popular voice around here... jakelome: use of the gray matter between your ears will tell you that the prerequisites for owning a lot of iPhone apps isn't lack of a life, but merely a decent amount of money... which, it should be added, only comes through having at least a sliver of a life in the first place.
