I don't want to spoil anything, but the boss at district 9 (to get to district 10) is really cool! Still can't manage to beat that district though. Edit: got it by buying a revive
For those interested: you can only buy one revive at a time and it automatically triggers after dying in the game after you've bought it, so you can't revive yourself up on the leaderboards like crazy.
I'm after your score! I have honestly just played for like 3 1/2 hours solid and this just honestly does not get boring for me...love it! Aliens Drive Me Crazy deserves some TA front page love if any game ever has. Best game for me this year, NO BULL!
Wow! Right when I'm going to sleep The game definitely deserves more attention, it's not even featured by Apple in my country.
You've given me hours and hours of pure, destructive enjoyment here for two bucks so....THANK YOU. It's really a shame Apple didn't feature this excellent game, yet for like the 50th time Despicable Me gets featured in the "What's New" category
Is it intended that when you jump up in the bases, you almost always miss your first shot because it goes in the air? This gets me killed a ton by the revolver guys. The shooting behavior is kinda wonky too since a ton of times I shoot the guy who's far away instead of the closer one. Also, swiping left makes your car go back a little, that should be in the tutorial.
Up to district 9 after about 45 min of playing. Really fun game! Are there more than just the 10 districts? And also, is there a way to replay previous districts?
Yes, I'm on district 12 and there seems to be a lot more. I also wondered about replaying them so as to build up loot/upgrades.
My tracking program doesn't show much yet but I saw that game is featured in the Us charts (thank you JCho133) and China frontpage and I saw some first reviews... so an enthusiastic mode is on! kioshi, We didn't include the "swiping left" option in the tutorial because it isn't so much helpful and could confuse a lot of players. We left it as a bonus for watchful ones.
Was finally able to pick this up last night... and I'm totally enjoying it. Seems like yet another hit from the Rebel Twins... =oD It did take me a little playing with before I got use to the swipe controls. Does anyone know if there's a way to disable the iOS dropdown/pullup menus? I keep activating them when trying to play... Other than that... I'm loving that there's no IAPs and no spam revives available. It makes the leaderboards MUCH more fun and competitive. The unlock system, like DWAT, is just perfect, and the output of currency is great - I feel like I'm always just one game away from unlocking or upgrading something, which has me coming back to the game not 5 minutes after shutting it down... =oP This one is going into my 'never delete' folder, along with Night Flight, Crumble Zone and Daddy Was A Thief. You guys have got the addictive, endless game thing DOWN. =oD
