Hmm... It still won't startup on my iphone 5, iOS 7.1.2 I just hit the icon, it tries to open, black flash, then crash back to home screen. I'm not jailbroken, never have been... Anyone else?

The current version in the App Store works fine with iOS 8 but doesn't start with iOS 7. We fixed this already and the new update is in beta testing (see post above if you want take part). Ok, then we have to end the test phase before it began. Fortunately we found some bugs via the simulators and fixed issues for iOS 7 and the additional languages ! ------- The good news: The update is done and submitted to the AppStore. Additionally we requested an expedited review for the App to bring it to the store as soon as possible. The bad news: For the previous update we requested an expedited review too. So I think it's more unlikely to get the expedited review again. Then we have to wait about a week or more.
The new version 2.0.2 is now available in the App Store. A big "Thank you" to the Apple Review Team for the second expedited review within two weeks. It seems that they like the Alien Tribe 2!

Can the game pretty much be summed as - try to find the ark pieces before you are overwhelmed by increasingly more difficult attacks which you deal with in a tower defense manner?
