Hmm...the fact that the only praise for this game is from someone whose two-post history is in this thread kind of raises suspicions.
Alas! A suspect. Well I'm sure I've been called worse. Forgive me, but for one to acquire history they must start with one post, then 2, etc. I meant merely to comment on a game. No offense intended sir, nor shady dealings.

The problem of the difficulty for soft core td players could have elegantly been solved with a easy, normal and hard mode like in Defense Zone for example. This has the extra advantage that most players who are not soft, neither hardcore can gradually improve their strategy. If the quality of the game is good enough there is every reason to charge 3$ more, reassuring gamers at the same time that the game is indeed winnable without investing more money. That said, Touch Arcade has made it very clear on another occasion that I should refrain from this kind of discussion and although I absolutely don't agree with their point of view, I do respect their authority and this forum which makes me underline that the above is a very personal view on the matter.
About a year ago, there were tons of TD games that came out and then there were none till recently. This game scratch an itch to play TD again. Played few rounds and it's more like the Field runner where u setup the torrents to create a path for the aliens slaughter. You have the standard guns, cannon, slower...etc. and u can upgrade them as well. There's a fast forward speed to speed up the enemies. There's IAP for the bundle packages option, or purchase diamonds which u can convert to gold. Gold is to buy the upgrades. Each day u are given gold bonus and the game starts off with 20 diamonds which u can turn into gold to upgrade.
Yeah I'm not going to go about it either but if you'd charged a fiver for this with no iap and marketed it as a hardcore game you'd have had my money in a shot. As it is I'm a pretty good TD player but no better than that so I'm not prepared to spend any money buying something that I may not be good enough to complete without spending more. Unless of course after a few beers this afternoon I end up drunkenly buying it because I'm bereft of a good TD game at the moment....
I hope you will agree with me that you still can be good at this game without spending more. Please leave an impression here when you play enough to say something.I really want to here from you. Thank you.
This game has already had the normal and hard mode. IAP is just an option. As classic tower defense game like that is a huge demand now, we want more people to play our game. We think that $3 is a reasonable price. Anw, thank you for your comment.
Three dollars is a reasonable price but you have to understand the hesitancy of people when a post already noted there are two currencies in the game and daily bonuses. These are very much a F2P staples and having IAPs just scares people like me away knowing that further in the game, it’s completely unknown if it can be played without further purchase. So until a long time member of our community can say for sure if the game can be completed without IAPs, many will be skeptical of a game from an unknown dev with two currencies and IAPs. There’s also been games that started out premium but had the F2P elements baked in and eventually went free. Just trying to help you understand our perspective. I’ve paid well more than $3 for a premium TD.
I understand and appropriate what you said. However, IAP is our strategy to provide another service to soft-core users, give them more chance to win while keeping the game intensive enough for hard-core users. This strategy is now working. On the contrary, it could be changed in the future if we find that it is not effective or dissatisfy users after evaluating. Numbers will speak louder than any words here.
LEVEL # THREE (Video) Played a little bit more and could establish some turret upgrades. Level #3 with all 20 lives saved, three stars. Not bought any IAPs. Well I did crack and buy after a few ales so I will report back in the next day or so when I get a chance to give it a prope going over.
Okay. That was it. I showed you level 3 in the video. Then I tried level 4. I could win it, but not with three stars. Level 5 I couldn't win at all. Obviously one needs some IAP. The special side trunk levels 1+2 are impossible to win as well. I would call me an experienced TD player. Buyers beware! NOT recommended! Edit. On a last try I managed it to win level 5 with one life remaining. Man that was hard! I had to sell each single tower when the last boss passed by and used the money for new mighty towers at the end of the way. Level 6 the Black Hole was a lot easier, a three star.
