Anyone else having issues with aircraft satisfaction ratings dropping dramatically in a few turns?? Many of my aircraft dropped from 60%+ ratings to under 10% overnight.
Yes. I've mentioned this to the developers several times with no response, and it's quite frustrating. As far as I can tell, a brand new plane has a ~100% satisfaction rating (roughly, depending on what seat pitch and other options you chose). Then, it drops so that the satisfaction reaches 0% when the plane is at the end of it's lifetime (20 years). This means that a 10 year old plane has a satisfaction rating of only 50%, which is not reasonable or realistic at all. Especially since you can't renovate more than one plane at a time, and even renovations only raise the rating by a few percentage points.
Even an iPad 4 is slowing down now in my server. There's got to be a better way to draw routes that isn't as resource intensive.
about pax loading I found that passengers load factor of each routes drop few years and up for few years without new competitors and adjusting new price/ frequency of that routes, may I know how is it happens?
I only noticed the drastic drops after the update tho. Prior to the latest update all my ACs are always at least 60% satisfaction. After the update they all drop such that satisfaction rate is half its lifetime. So my 60% aircraft overnight became 10% satisfaction and some even lower than 10%.
It should be aircraft satisfaction since we have some problem with the server. But it was not for all users and fixed it yesterday. Thank you.
i have been playing for just over 20 days and this game rocks! The best strategy game Ive played by a mile. I have been chatting to the support team and they have, in all honesty, given me exceptional support. I really got the feeling they totally had my interest at heart as a player. As is, the game is enjoyable and fun, if a little exhausting if you are playing for the top spots. Suggestions which are being worked on is an improved satisfaction system, sub businesses and so on, though some will take priority over others. The developers are 24/7 busy taking the game from being good, to exceptional. Perhaps the most important aspect is how to motivate players, and cater for different styles of play. The current leaderboard is key to keep players motivated and interested. Unfortunately, it has done the opposite for players in our channel, creating sloppy Aeroflot style companies rising through the ranks. I dropped an email explaining that a leaderboard featuring different categories like airline efficiency, highest turnover, best brand etc will be highly motivational for players, as it allows them to compete on various levels rather than the exhaustive goal of chasing company value only. The developers have now rescheduled their priorities to accomodate this feature asap. An alliance system, allowing parterships is also on the cards, which will make the game immensely more fun. Though a decent leaderboard is critical at this stage, an alliance system is not. Fun as what it will be. So we need to be patient. The developers fully have players interest at heart and will continue to make major improvements to an already brilliant game. A couple of posts ago I wrote an overly negative review, and have since made an about turn because I can see how hard these guys are working, and have worked, to allow us to have a better experience. The game will continue to be better and better. There is no doubt about it. We as players just need to remember that this is a brand new version of the game. Once that leaderboard is introduced, and an alliance system later, I want gamer friends to join. I am immensely impressed with how far the game has come in its relatively short lifespan and my hopes are that it will get the attention and support it deserves.
Too difficult to expend the fleet I am playing 16 hours / day, but I found that I still need to replace 10 aircrafts on each turn. The only things I can do is to buy n wait n then replace planes. It is nearly impossible to expend the fleet. It is very discouraging to play. The developer should relieve the limitation of only 5 planes can be bought each time when the time pass.
Couldn't have said it better myself. I have high hopes for the long term future of this game. I've been critical myself on these forums, but it's only because I want to make sure this already great game continues to improve.
Meal/snacks seem to confuse me also. If I place 2 different meals in each of the service slots, sometimes satisfaction goes down. Are these intended to be meal selections or served "together" (eg if I select crackers and a sandwich...are those meal selections or do passengers get both?). Thanks.
the different food types are irrelevant, the cost is what counts. higher cost gives more satisfaction
and I found that my occupy rate is lower than my competitors even my price is cheaper... is it a bugs?
And size of the plane. A smaller aircraft will usually have higher load percentage than a bigger aircraft.
I though if my price is cheaper than competitors more pax will be attracted to take my flights instead of taking my competitors.
Using a smaller plane would have higher occ rate. Also, increase fight schedule would help you in competition. There's a bug to increase 30% fight schedule which would make you win in all competition.
kinda lost my interest in the game after the bug. All my aircraft satisfaction ratings dropped like a rock overnight from 60%+ to less than 10%.... Paid to renovate each of them.. Sucks.
