Hi all, based on your feedback we decide to reduce price of consumable Super Weapons + Tail gunner. Just restart AirAttack 2 with internet connection (force close and re-open again) and wait in Main menu for 5 seconds to let it download new data... Thank you for your support and patience. Wow, that's HUGE!! 250 for tail gunner really gonna make the game truly shine. I would love a proper game filled with just ball turret operations!! Thanks gals/guys very much!!
Just bought this after seeing all the positive comments. Can't wait to play this later! Between this and Dariusburst on my PS4, I have plenty of SHMUP action for a while!
man - five years ago - 5 and a half years ago, in fact - i got my first iDevice - an iPad 1, godbless it - still got it running imame - and my first three games after nearly twenty years of non-gaming were Chopper 2, Plants v Zombies and Air Attack. I loved Air Attack - took me right back to 1942 (the game, not the year, although.....). Picking this up this very second. Seems to be going down well here too.
Great news! Is it possible to increase the sound of the sound effects? Now that I pay attention, it almost sounds like I can't even hear the plane itself shooting. I have to almost turn the music off to hear the plane shots and the bombing sounds. I would ask for stronger sound effects but if not, can you at least increase the max effect volume (maybe double the current or more)? Thank you!
I can't stop playing this damn game. I'm cooking and playing with one hand. Walking and playing. In the men's room and playing. Driving and playing. Lol Billy I'm trying so hard to save up 50k to upgrade the wingmen on the P-38 and devs the ingots are just so insane to get. I have played all day and I mean all day. I've gotten 7. Lol.
Now this is how you make a sequel! The first one is one of my all time favorite mobile shmups, and this one improves upon it in every way! It still retains the personality of the first one yet manages to feel completely fresh at the same time. Amazing.
I LOVE this game. The only thing I'd like to see is to go to a one currency system. Make everything purchasable with gold -- even if some things are priced really high. And get rid of revives completely. This way the challenge of the game will be in tact without that weird F2P feel of a dual currency system. But overall, this game is an instant classic.

Really love this game, so addictive and has great music all whilst blitzing everything including objects and buildings. Id love to see the following as i think the game would be even more epic.... Would love a loose story to all the levels to add to the intensity.... Would be amazing to hear some commentary over a 2 way radio, i dunno some dramatic speech whilst fighting. Also some diffrent ships like maybe the roswell ufo just for funsies?! Lol Im just wanting it all now, but without my request this is an awesome game.
Agree with some of the suggestions here. Novelty ships like a UFO would be cool. Also I agree some of the sound effects get really drowned out. Thank you for lowering the price of the tail gunner, that was awesome Finally my own request would be options to place the buttons on either side of the screen like in the original game. I play with my left hand thumb and want to activate the buttons with my right hand, but didn't seen an option for that. Thanks.
On Mission #10 I can't complete the "Destroy all air enemy" objective. I'm pretty sure I got all planes down, actually in one run I got 100% enemies destroyed and still didn't get the objective. Has anyone succeeded in completing this? Also, I'm having trouble accessing the Game Center leaderboards. It will often crash the game back to home screen. The game freezes for a few seconds on start, after the GC welcome message, so maybe it's that damn GC bug when one has too many friends? :/
Mission #10 - "Destroy all air enemy" objective - please try to destroy flying UFO with some super weapon / Tail Gunner, so it is destroyed very soon, then some more planes will spawn there and then you can complete the objective. We will fix it. About the leaderboards issue, we will take look at it, or contact you via PM to get more info...
This game is just amazing I got the yak plane and just enjoying freezing the landscape! Truly amazing game! Stuck on mission 11 need to upgrade more
Wow... I feel stupid to only check this out today. The reason i did was that i noticed the jump in activity in this thread. I normally ignore games that have more than 4 words in their title, and the added "shmup" in the thread title gave me the impression it was part of the title which i would avoid. Now that i've seen the thread and watched the trailer, i am #*$&(&^ getting this now.
