At first, I was slightly disappointed that the tail gunner was a consumable (after the scripted event in the first level). But the game is so awesome that I'm actually going to save that option for replay value after I complete the campaign. Best shump in a long time, easy GoTW and likely in my top 10 for the year.
Yeah, a game as a tail gunner would be outstanding!! I'm surprised there are no games as being a gunner in a Flying Fortress fighting off German/Jap fighter squadrons. Or more AC130 gunship games.
Very high quality shmup. I know it's $1.99 upfront, but I'm literally shocked this game has ZERO IAP anywhere. I couldn't even find the IAP store. Very excited to play this lots more.
I fell asleep right as my download was about to finish last night (literally started downloading the moment this thread was posted) and I just fired up AA2 for about 5 minutes before downloading the first after all these years. Why? Well, there's no denying the first AirAttack could be considered an iOS classic, but AirAttack 2? BLOODY HELL!!!! I just had to make sure I was playing the right series. This is so beyond incredible, it's not even funny. In a nutshell: That previous comment was right. This is some GOTY shit right here.
Such a nice surprise! Sat down and played through the entire campaign. Still need to go back and collect the mission stars though. Top-notch game!
Instabuy at this price. Air attack was probably one of my first iOS app purchase. Still downloading. I read that you can challenge friends, must it be via gamecenter? Would prefer wifi mode. Will find out soon once the download complete. Thanks developer!
You can also challange all your friends on facebook and we have build in chat, soo we are pretty sure u will find use for that one as well
At some point, I either recieved a promo code for the original or got it free through a free for a day promotion. Either way I remember thinking that it was a great modern take on the shmup genre and had a lot of fun with it on my now ancient iPhone 4S. It just wouldn't be right if I didn't support Art In Games with what looks to be a worthy successor to their iOS hit. Downloading now, I'm sure all the fans of the game posting here know what's up...this is gonna be my new jam

Full fledged premium game with no IAPs, additional gameplay modes, what seems like a satisfyingly deep campaign and multiple aircraft? Crashes every time after first fight on my iPad Air Edit: I can't start the second mission (now has been unlocked) because it crashes after 2-3 seconds when I reboot the game
Dunno if it helps but i had the same problem. What i did: Deleted game reinstalled opened wifi on and voila! Hope it helps
