Ingots are most likely to spawn after completing boss fight missions (#3, #6, #9, #12, #14, #16, #18, #20, #22), in other missions they spawn also, but with lower probability... "Leveling up" - ranks - will be used in future updates...

Yes... Please just wait for several seconds in AirAttack 2 Main Menu to let it download your game state. On both devices you have to be logged-in to same Game Center or Facebook account...
Level 20 is pretty good for the grind. I can get in it over 5000 gold per run. For ingots I play the daily missions.
I still cannot beat level 9 lol and I've almost upgraded the p-38 fully This game just gets better and better everyday. I played the daily missions and just wow. I love the new missions everyday. Billy
Woof - I am only on level 9, so it will be a while... Upgraded my bombs on the Yak to level 3 and so am averaging about 2500 per run with an ingot on level 3, so the progress is sort of slow, but definitely steady. I will have to start playing daily challenges, I have not been doing that. I guess that is scrolled to the left? Congrats to Art in Games for the 5 star review. I hope it translates into good dollars for you. A really fun shooter.
Mission #9 - when is camera on the right side of the ship: enemy rockets are giving damage even after explosion, while burning glow is in the air, so you should avoid that places... However, if you know, that problematic part is coming, just switch to Tail Gunner and you will be safe...
Thanks, but to the left of the survival thing I only see an empty shot of the sea. My game center is broken/stuck.. I don't know if that had anything to do with it.
Broken Game Center login can be reason, that download of challenges will not start at all... If you don't have usage for Game Center also in other games for now, you can try to Sign Out from Game Center: Home Screen => Settings => Game Center => Tap on [Apple ID: xxxxx] (Blue text) => Sign Out and then restart AirAttack 2...
Yeah it's probably the reason. I can't logout of GC either; the settings app freezes when I click on GC. There seems to be no easy solution until Apple fixes it: http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=276872

You should play the daily challenges, they are extremely fun and bring me back to the game long after I've completed the campaign. Some of the variations are insane - for instance, there was a maze level, which required that you fly around moving obstacles, like an endless avoidance game! They're also good for trying out different aircrafts before you spend any money to see if they fit your style of play, these challenges are marked with the "free" label. They are also very good in helping with the grind with the rewards. Anyway, the variety in these is incredible, great stuff.
Checked app desc, but no mention about device requirement.. Since graphics are stunning etc, means a new device required? Ipad 4? Wouldn't want a shooter game lagging on device..
