I hadn't bought this one cause I was so so on the first one but this one is SOOOO much better. Everything they added to this one is insanely good, or maybe I didn't give the first one enough of a chance. Really I was expecting a Sky Force clone but this blew away my expectations.

I went back and replayed the first for a while. Actually well done. I think tjis new versionreally shows how much better the hardware is. This new version is great, just hard to come by money.
Im currently trying to get everything to 3-stars, but is this one bugged? 100% enemy destroyed, yet the objective isnt tagged as completed.
Mission #16 - "Destroy all enemies" objective - please try to destroy flying UFO with some super weapon / Tail Gunner, so it is destroyed very soon, then some more planes will spawn there and then you can complete the objective. We will fix it in update...
Another suggestion: award an ingot every time you complete a mission objective - currently they serve no purpose other than going for the achievement. A really fun game, I loved the maze scenario in the daily challenge - what a surprise!
How the hell is a game that looks this good and is this deep and varied for a shooter only a buck? How does it not have Iap? This would be $10 at least on steam or vita or something. Graphics are insanity and the gameplay is fluid and smooth. Amazing shooter, even if you play and delete it was worth a buck. Makes me remember one of the all time best games STG or strike gunner for SNES. Still never played a better shooter than that I don't think.

What do all the different stars, silver coins, blue coins and green coins mean? Everything's happening so fast I can't see what's best and most important. For my 2pence I'd say Sky Force has a better feel but I do enjoy the background bombing aspect of this one.
Me too, I wouldn't have bought it if not for the price drop purely because I don't really like top down shmups but I'm really really enjoying this.
Different colors are different values of money for the coins. When you pick one up you should see the amount. The stars are +100 for your score.
Blue coins: $200 Green coins: $100 Gold coins: $50 Silver coins: $10 For score, definitely go for stars. Like cadaei said, they're worth 100 pts. AFAIK, most planes only give you 10 points. Don't quote me on that. I'm constantly bombing everything that remotely looks destructible; swooping, dodging and collecting every last pickup. Anyone that's looking for a good stage to grind for cash, level 20 gets me over $5,000 and isn't that long.

Level 3, fairly short level and gets an ingot. Ground my way to my P-38 first thing, then between a number of challenge rewards and a bit more grinding I have the P-40. Still need a P-51. My only tip for bombing, look for the little towers with the triangle on top. Hit one of those and the entire facility goes up!
Thanks for the info! Can't believe I missed that. Do you feel like the P-40 is a big step up? Trying to decide whether to use ingots on more P-38 upgrades (only have bombs at level 2) or save for the P-40.
