I find I actually don't end up playing the free ones (well..more than once). seems you do "get what you pay for" for a lot of the apps. (relatively speaking)
I remember Steve saying that most of the iphone apps would be free, correction all the crappy iphone apps will be free
Since joining this forum, my app purchases have gone through the roof. There are just too many games, with too many sales @ .99 - I just click 'buy app' before I know it. Before joining, I had bought maybe 5 Apps. Since joining in early July, I've bought at least 20 more. Which leaves alot of games unplayed... Tornado Mania: Great reviews... I'm sure I'll get into it... Myst: Such a big commitment... I don't know when I'll start it... Hero of Sparta: At .99, couldn't pass... Topple 2: I loved the first one, but never got into the sequel... Sea Captain: Big FC fan, which I still play over this... Toki Tori: Great reviews, bargain price WordFu: Played once... I also agree that I rarely play free apps... you get what you pay for... and when you don't pay, you usually don't get much...
Rise of the Lost Empires, Knights Onrush, Car Jack Streets, Catapult Penguin 2, Hero of Sparta, Kolonists, Fast and Furious, Real Soccer '09, Mage Story, Bloons, Word Fu. All games that I bought and have not played more than once or twice.
Stoneloops - only played for maybe half an hour. Monkey Ball - I've had this for a year, it's just very hard! Only played 2 worlds. Hero of Sparta Car Jack Frenzic Tap Tap MustEatBirds Seek 'n' Spell - to be fair I haven't found a suitable park to play it it Crush Bunny Those are the games that I've only played for a very short while. Most of them just fail to make me interested early on, so I don't play on for long.
what? real soccer 09 doesnt entertain u? its very addictive once u get the controls right and start scoring at least 4 goals a match!!
