last two achievements

so the last two achievements are all about dying. that's right: you have to lose all your lives to achieve. if you're like me and have over 100 lives by this point, the easiest way to die over and over and over again is on level 2. just let the walkway keep crumbling underneath your feet: you don't even have to do anything.

once you're done... well, the game does say there is an afterlife.

I did not get the achievement between "Perfect pitch" and "Just in case". Could you please tell me how could I get that? I am looking forward to hearing back from you soon! Thanks

This achievement is “Scared of the Dark,” you get it by fueling all bonfires at least once.

I’m missing the achievement between “Just in Case” and “Where Am I Needed?” Could someone let me know? Thanks!
