Yes! I've been wondering this too. If anyone knows, or knows where we can find out, please point is in the right direction. Thanks!
Found one answer on reddit. It's only cosmetic I think. No capital letters btw. https://www.reddit.com/r/FinalFantasy/comments/44d3ij/adventure_of_mana_shop_password/
OH YEAHH! thanks lol I remember reading that one of the creator of the game said remember the phrase "Knight for a day" edit: got it niceuhhhh
The games looks great but too expensive in the Canadian App Store. The game is showing 15.99 Canadian on touch arcade but the game is actually 19.99cdn on the Canadian App Store. The currency exchange unfortunately is keeping me away from this beauty. 20 dollars for a classic seems too much. From the review prob pick up when on sale. Final fantasy 6 is selling for 21.99 cdn. In the grand scheme it's not much but it's a lot for a game that won't be supported one day. Either way my American friends enjoy!
Is there a decent amount of depth to this game? Whenever I see games like this on the App Store with this art style I always think that they're cut down or dumbed down. Is this in line with what can be expected from a console or pc title?
It's actually more expensive on the UK store where it's an extra Canadian dollar and about 5/7 Canadian dollars cheaper than most other square enix games. Once I'd check a few videos, saw I liked it and downloaded I've been having loads of fun with it.
It's a handheld console experience for sure. It's not PS4 console quality, but better than many N64/PS games I've played. And the graphics are definitely better. Nothing fancy though. Just good quality fun in a tight, premium package.
This will tide me over nicely until ff9 arrives, really really want that game to drop Asap!!! I have never played any version of this one before and although it seems quite simplistic I can sense greater difficulty further in.
How big is this game length wise?Im happy to fork out premium prices but just want to know the return Im getting on my cash!
Only 3 hours in and at level 18 for my hero. No idea how far I am, but there's a lot of FAQ left compared to my progress so far. But even these 3 hours have been worth $4-5 per hour of my time. Super fun!
Sniff... I'll repeat my question from before. Obviously this game is getting a lot of love, but can anyone compare it to Ys Chronicles? Assuming price isn't a factor, which is better?
I played the first Ys Chronicles, but it didn't grab me as much as this did. But everyone might not agree with me. I really enjoyed Dragon's Odyssey: Frane, and I'll probably go back to Ys. But I found this one a little more simplified and fun. If only Secret of Mana had a save anytime, I would have enjoyed that one more on mobile.
