Hey Foursaken bros, You must be super busy with all these games (War Tortoise, Adventure Company, Color Bots, Block Fortress II ), not as much commenting on this game Are we going to see the end of this? Is it a planned expansion? I'm still getting the error where if I hire a hero, they come "equipped" with an item sometimes and they really don't have one. Weapons with special bonuses like poison damage/hit multiple targets/etc. I have NEVER gotten one of these through the store... Is that intentional, like in Phantom Rift? It'd be awesome if and when on a defender mission, the heroes did not all just clump together and let ranged heroes "do the talking" and move a little out of defense spots. When dragging a hero from one end of the list to the other, there will randomly be arrows pointing down towards spots and they stay until I drop the menu, just a graphic glitch. Still would like to be able to rapidly swipe through the heroes with their stats up versus having to keep clicking 3 times to see each one when lining up a company Hey, maybe if I say it 7 times it will happen haha!
unable to get the 3rd star in Giant mushrooms. any tips? usually I get the artifacts faster than I can kill monsters...
Absolutely love this game to pieces! Seriously nearly nothing less than amazing. Three suggestions; 1) The previously mentioned differentiation between full and not-full stars. 2) Being able to go back to the deployment of characters while having completed a part of the mission. e.g. When I fail the last battle of a 4-part mission and I know I didn't really need a character in the 1st battle that I really needed in the last battle, it would be nice to re-deploy them without completely exiting the mission and having to re-deploy all of my people. Just being able to do a quick edit and then restart the mission. 3) Being able to -undo- a promotion right after promotion. Accidentally gave myself another Priest while I wanted to have a Druid. Of course, after a character has been used in battle demotion should be impossible. That said, I'm back to the game
No, this is great stuff... we haven't been able to monitor this thread as closely as we would like, so a concise post like this really helps out!
This can't happen, it ruins the entire game. The whole point is that on longer missions (4-5 stars) you will have to spread your team thin and hope you can master each level. If you have already mastered the first couple of sections only put 1-3 fighters in them just to be able to pass and then do a heavy deployment on the last sections where you are lacking stars.
Bigfoot I know everyone's been posting about hypothetical situations with the Javelineer, and I decided to try his ability on Bigfoot. Just to note, his ability makes all characters who have spears throw them, not just Phalanxes. I brought in 1 Javelineer, 3 Phalanxes, a Defender and Titan both equipped with spears, and a Saint, Healer, Apprentice, and Commander as backup. I beat the level in under a minute, losing only my Saint (ironically.) The spear avalanche was just too much for Bigfoot to handle. One thing this thread hasn't mentioned is how awesome the Commander is. 5-Star Commander can summon 3-Tier 3 characters (I actually got 2 Phalanxes and an Enchanter to add to the destruction), and has an ability where his stats are boosted by the number of players on the field. Idk about y'all, but I just spam those two abilities gleefully filling the map with Tier 3 characters and running around at top speed and defense one-hitting my enemies with the massively boosted attack.
I think the thinning is a great feature and it should definitely stay that way! That's the beauty of the game. I mean that I'd like to edit my last deployment, instead of starting with a clean slate after having to quit the mission at the last star. edit typo.
Switching out for undeployed fighters would be alright. But otherwise you could use your strongest fighter to beat the first mission, then switch them to the next one, which would kill part of the challenge of the gameplay.
Help please anyone Does anyone know how to get the middle star for the "Boomers go Boom" mission? First star seems easy last star I did already but I'm not sure I can collect 10 artifacts in less than 1:30 minutes . Help would be appreciated.
Just send tons of fast people. Pickpocket class promotions and Brawler class promotions especially. In these levels don't worry about staying alive, just send all the people you can.
Assassination Can anyone help with the Mushroom Level Assassination? First and Second star I already got, but I need some advice for 2nd level (lucky win), and I can't make it past the 3rd level. 4th should be easy if I can make it past this cursed 3rd level. Any advice? I have 2 Thiefs waiting to be upgraded to Assassins so that's why I want all stars, and first and foremost I need to progress past the level.
Um Assassination's only got 3 levels. Your talking of the one that's 3 houses in on the 5th big island you go to , the 2nd one with light green colored grass not counting the tiny intermediary islands ? 2nd level - watch for the golden rings glowing around your fighters . IIRC that's a damage buff from the Purple Skeleton casters. Grab a melee and punch those purple guys until you see no gold rings around your fighters. Something with a 2 x fight speed ability as well as a jump. Remember to tap to a healing fighter to keep your HP up and back to your melee guy. 3rd level - don't remember how I got through this one sorry. I think it was either overwhelming them with Skeletons from the Dark Wizard or using certain ranged classes ability where it increases their attack range. Will have to try those levels to check.
i just completed the desert environment and the best part was battling the Boomer Company and showing them who's boss. I hope i will be able to battle the other companies later in the game.
Thanks for the advice. I typed this up at like 1 in the morning, and apparently imagined a fourth section to the level. xD Anyways, I've been training my Dark Wizards, so hopefully they'll provide me with that desperately needed boost.
Gaha tried that level with dark wizards and failed. I'm at an utter loss as to how I got through that level
How to get rid of heroes I accidentally got the wrong class and now I don't know how to get rid of the guy so I can get a new one. Someone plz help me
Enchanters are your best friend. Either their ability or passive will make them fight for you and they will use their necro shield on your allies in those pesky defend a starred ally missions. Plus after a necro summons minions while he is enchanted, even after he gains control, the skeletons will still fight for you and kill him
