Um ... maybe I'm just dense, but ... what's the point? Encouraging speeding for those who like it loud?
This is a very cool idea. I have this feature on my car stereo and it's one of those things where once you have it you wonder how you lived without it. It's really nice to not have to touch the volume the whole drive to work, whether I'm doing 70 on the highway or 25 through the subdivision. If I didn't have that feature on my car stereo I'd be all over this app. Although I wonder how it would work on my sailboat......
I know huh, I used to drive a GMC Safari van around for long trips. It had auto volume and it was awesome. I think once this app catches on it'll be a hit. It's already in the "New and Noteworthy" section.
