It's cool that you got sponsored by Apple Arcade, but on the desktop site, the ad is covering the main menu bar at the top of the page. So I can't log in or search... hope it's fixed soon.
I received a similar message from someone else. It's always been fine for me. Not sure why some users have the banner blocking the top bar.
