I've played about 40-50 games now on Medium. I actually love the game but there are 3 things I think could be improved: 1) 50-50 balls: when a ball is loose, it seems near impossible sometimes to pick it up. My player appears to run over the ball often without gaining possession 2) Defense: seems ridiculously hard when playing teams equal or better than your team. I like how PES has a close down button. That would be a good implementation. At the very least a switch player button would help. 3) Punts/Crosses/Long Balls: it seems the majority of the time when there is a long ball, none of my players are near it. There's just one lone CPU player waiting to play it. Haven't figured out any tactic that helps with that. I love the game. I love the old Sega Genesis feel to it. I worry that it has too many sim elements to it that make it less fun than an arcade title should be, but it's addictive.
Gianluca, really great game! Recall me kick off 2, The Soccer Ggame I can't stop playing!!! Surely a stupid question but how i can connect the mfi controller to play? Should automatically be set during the match? Using mad catz micro not sure if is that one that maybe isn't compatible

Gianluca, i have an issue that pissing me off: if i play two games in a row, the app crashes everytime in the second one, there's no way for me to play a second match! can you fix this? btw, i'm on 4S iOS 7.x, if it can be useful.
Il problema principale del cambio giocatore lo si nota soprattutto al limite dell'area. Quando la cpu attacca e resta l'ultimo difensore, per cambiare giocatore si muove lo stick nel verso opposto. Ma questo puntualmente fa in modo che l'ultimo difensore viene selezionato ma sale alle spalle dell'attaccante lasciandolo di fatto solo davanti al portiere. Avere un bottone per il cambio giocatore consentirebbe di cambiarlo ma al tempo stesso retrocedere verso la propria porta per non perdere l'attaccante. Non so in che modo si possa pensare di risolvere in maniera diversa questo problema senza aggiungere un altro bottone. Inoltre molte persone dicono che tenendo premuto il tasto del passaggio aiuta a rubare la palla. Però questa cosa non è dettagliata nemmeno nel tutorial dunque credo sia solo un'impressione dovuta al fatto che tenendo premuto il tasto appena ci si avvicina la palla il giocatore la tocca e la passa. This is not true. Holding pass button does not make defender run against the opponent to stole ball like PES or Fifa. It only help to throw the ball when he is in contact with player.
there's not a specific situation, can happen in the middle of a match, at the end of it, or even in a replay, there's no patterns. maybe the app has a high ram usage, 'cause actually can't handle it on background.
I like how it is. I'm happy this is not like PES or Fifa. If you have played games like Kick Off 2 or SWOS, fortunately this game goes into that direction! I don't like automated stuff. Actually I find very easy to defend. I love to tackle the player when I think I have the chance or push him to make him difficult to advance.
I totally agree! I hate automatic, it makes the whole experience less fun and less challenging, this is the real stuff! I love it very much, tackling feels real, defending feels good!
I also like the way it plays at the moment, feels very balanced. I played against a English Premiership club in the cup (I am league two so a lot worse players) and it became a challenge to play, which is what I would expect when on easy mode! One thing I have noticed which is a bit annoying, when I am dribbling and I come close to another player of mine, it gets confused as to who should have the ball and flips between the two players. This generally mean the both end up running around not touching the ball, and I lose possession.
Love this game. Just discovered 60 fps mode in the match settings and this has made it even better. In terms of possible improvements: 1. More detailed player stats would be good to help transfer decisions. 2. Agree with the flipping between players on 50/50 balls. Would be good if that was fixed 3. A couple of tricks for getting past a defender maybe? Really is great though and hope the dev keeps supporting it with updates
Also the possibility to play with a selected national team while playing career mode with a club would be great! Oh and the possibility to browse players by nationality for transfer would be great, and the possibility to loan players too
