Acta? Protecting intellectual property?

    I guess ACTA also (indirectly?) applies to the internet, and they don't want to say it.

    I'm pretty sure it's not something I can understand easily. I've summed up everything I've searched and concluded that it's bad. I guess.

    I think it applies to the internet pretty directly. The big difference between ACTA and SOPA is that SOPA means lots of court cases for webmasters while ACTA means lots of court cases for internet users, i.e. you and me. Scary stuff.

    I think what's worse is that they drafted up ACTA without anyone really even knowing... I think only (at least for me) when the SOPA/PIPA nonsense started gaining traction, have people realized that ACTA actually even exists. >.<
