I am giving away 20 promo codes for Absorb Water! This app will be very beneficial to people that will use it. Please don't grab a code if you aren't going to use it. The idea is very simple eat an apple, drink a coffee, sip some water, have a bowl of soup and top all that off with a glass of wine. The water content will be calculated and your goal is to consume 12 glasses of water from the varied sources.

I am expecting everyone to use the app and improve their health within days.
It all starts with water and quickly the headaches will go away and energy levels will improve. Watch with help of the Mellow Yellow chart how your urine colour lightens up. Use the app for a week and you will experience what i am talking about.

A lot of research and time went into making this app and we are looking for "Absorbians" to test drive the app and review and contribute to the improvement of the app.

Please Enjoy and use the app to it's fullest potential.

    Good But Not Great

First-thank you for the promo code. Next, iHydrate iphone app was released about six months ago by people who are in the business of educating about dehyration--they have MDs etc involved. This has been a big problem with me as I play lots of tennis and suffered from not hydrating the right way.

In fact dehydration is serious business so i will stick with the iHydrate app by Mobile Sports.

    Dan,

If you want to plug your app please create your own thread. This is your first post kind of obvious that you are connected to iHydrate. Absorb Water isn't targeting athlete's it is going after 90% of the population that has forgotten how to drink water. We are trying to help them understand how important it is to consume substances that replenish the water the body uses to function. Two totally different apps with two different target markets. Having MD's involved doesn't guarantee anything, but using common sense certainly goes along way. We also are hoping to capitalize on user feedback to constantly improve the app.

Dan also thank you for rating Absorb Water a 1 pretty sad on your part.
