OMG! How great is this series? Best show ever. I think I'm actually going to take a leave for a month at work and school after this ends next year to cope with withdrawal symptoms. I CANNOT live another second of my life without the show It's pathetic but LOST IS BETTER THAN your mom!!!!
I watched LOST, since everyone was hyped up about it. And realized that it was horrible. House is much better, but I don't watch much reality television.
I never really got into it, I tried to get back into it a couple weeks ago, and they found like a wheel or something, and I just turned the channel right away.
LOL my dad goes in his bedroom and closes the door and watches it and if anyone bothers him he gets mad....
LOST is my favorite show ever. its really an amazing show and its the only show thats actually made me think. I think its either u love it or u hate it. there are certain aspects which you will hate (the wheel, jacob, smoke monster) but some love it. I really like those aspects, it makes the show more interesting. I literally dont know wat i would do without the show its truly amazing.
The finale episodes of this season have been written, and by the looks of the title of the finale, it will be awesome. Sometimes I have doubts about how something is going to work out (at the beginning of this season I was afraid that the entire season would be about the Oceanic 6 getting on the plane back) but the writers have continued to amaze me and not let me down. (And now I'm going to watch the BSG finale. )
I LOVE LOST! It and Damages on FX are the best shows EVER. You should really check out damages to help cope with withdrawal symptoms. It takes an aggressive lawyer and her firm, who will do anything to win a case, and puts in a whole, "last minute change of everything you know" aspect that lost is so good at. Netflix it and try to watch it next year. It is only 2 seasons in so far, and it airs right after lost, but i tivo is so that I can freak out about lost for an hour instead.
BUMP. OMFGGGGGG tomorrow is the night we've ALL BEEN WAITING FOR!!! Has anyone seen the TOTALLY NEW FOOTAGE 60 second clip of Lost. Oh my farking gawddd. I almost fainted.
honestly, every person including myself that "hates lost" or doesn't care for it, watch at least 3 or 4 of the seasons, and you will understand. I was such a lost hater for so long and I watched it last december, and now I'm dying for season 6 tomorrow.

Best show ever. All the people I know that don't like it have never watched it, or only have watched a handful of episodes or less, and in the middle of seasons. If you try to watch this show without watching them in order, from the start of season 1, of course it will be stupid and won't make any sense. Gotta start from the beginning and never miss one.
I have a small theory, highlight if you're interested, might contain some spoilers. I think the show will end in a loop. If you saw the episode 1 season 6 sneak peak you see that this time Jack got only ONE bottle, and episode 1 season 1 he was given TWO bottles. But look at the season 1 opening, he wakes up and he has only ONE bottle in his pocket. I think in season 6 we're gonna finally get some answers (like seeing the temple and meeting the REAL natives of the island, not the others), and that Jacob will be back somehow, but not as himself. Maybe since Locke = men in black in season 5, Jack will = Jacob in this season? Oh, and that the numbers mean something, each person will have a number assigned to each other which will ultimately do something important.
One of your theories is pretty close...and it is addressed in the season premiere. I won't tell you which one, though!
