Yes. We will be doing minor updates this coming weekend on each of our current apps (this will probably be in lieu of a new game). And any app that we really dig and that does well, we want to continue to develop on. We're really hoping to be able to do so for dirt, for example

Hey all ... we'll probably start dispensing promo codes on Monday Tomorrow is the start of another weekend of development - this time, we are aiming to update each of our four existing games. Size of updates will vary, most games are just getting bug fixes and some cosmetic tweaks, but we are really hoping to be able to get that out of the way fast enough to add some new content to Dirt. Speaking of which - we have a new contest for Dirt! Dirt - Excavation Contest As you play Dirt, you will occasionally come across "Excavations" - that is, items that are hidden behind the dirt that you have to uncover. In this contest, we invite you to put your mark on the game, and submit an excavation of your own creation. We will select the best ones and add them in a future update! (We are planning to make the next one this coming weekend). Official rules: 1) Files must be submitted in .PNG format. They should appear as if they would sit easily on the ground. Dimensions should be multiples of 32 * 32 (ex: 64, * 64, 128 * 64, 64 * 160, etc). Min image size is 64 * 64. Max image size is 256 * 160. 2) You must own all rights to the image. 3) By submitting an image, you give Broken Kings the unlimited right to use the image in the game, in any promotional materials, or any other manner related to Dirt. You also give Broken Kings the right to modify the image if necessary. If you would like to participate, all you have to do is create a .PNG file, e-mail it to [email protected] and optionally also post it in this thread Josiah will handle the selection, and winners will be informed that their excavation was used. It's Friday morning, and while the rest of you are preparing for the weekend, our work week is just about to begin again This weekend, the four of us will be working on polishing our existing games. Day 1 will cover Skwerl, Smoothie Operator, and To The Pods ... Day 2, we are going to start working on the first update for Dirt. What is in it is not yet decided... BUT... We were featured by Apple! We've been working on Skwerl and Smoothie Operator so far today. Here's a screenshot of Skwerl We all really love this game, but some players have had difficulty figuring out the game, and whenever we've showed the game to people who don't know how to play it, they've been confused at the beginning. So we've been trying to improve the presentation so that it's clearer to new players. As well, there were a few gameplay elements we wanted to play with, like adding in clouds (which we didn't have time for before).
