I was sure that Horn would be out today ( With the full soundtrack out and all) but the devs said in the forums today that they were still hoping to see the game out in august so I don't see why they should keep it secret for today.
The Destructoid article that Phosphor linked to over on the Horn thread a few hours ago stated "Horn is coming to an iDevice near you this Thursday" but it has since been changed to "Horn is coming to an iDevice near you soon" Who knows? Confusing indeed.
You're right google cache does indeed show that it's been modified since. Maybe they're really trying to surprise us, don't know why though.
Maybe they were expecting Apple to approve the app for a release tonight but it hasn't come through in time.
While Dark Meadow was a great game and they did try to address the concerns when it went freemium, I think a lot of people were upset enough about it that they may steer clear of buying Horn at a premium price. History tends to repeat itself.
Really? I thought they said they stopped working on it in their thread to handle another game for a bit and weren't even in Beta stages yet?
As of today, it's NOT: Infinity Blade: Dungeons Horn Oceanhorn (lol) Wild Blood Or anything by any of the major developers. Unless it's a simultaneous worldwide release (which could mean any of the above) or something by a smaller dev team I haven't checked for (which I will possibly see tomorrow morning).

The even bigger mystery to me is why would you follow stp's twitter? Not enough spam in your feed already?
