Maybe ask people to send you a PM for a code? The people who snagged them likely only grabbed them because they were codes, not because they had any interest in the app, and it's unlikely they'll leave a review, or even rate it. The people who actually care enough to send a PM for it are much, much more likely to leave a review and rating.
