Please, somebody. We need a hulu app, to watch free movies on iphone over WiFi only. Hulu is completely legal and everything, and i would pay for an official, or even functional hulu app.

Joost is out and in the app store. It's not working quite right yet, but if they work the kinks out it is as good as hulu.

    It is?! Wow, thanks.

A Hulu app would be nice, as would a Vimeo app. I'd love some of that high-quality video action on my iPhone :)

Can a mod/admin someone move this thread over to the app subforum?

EDIT: I guess I should pop by the app subforum more often. They note Joost over there is out.

Quite a few. I'm fairly bored and have a lot of ideas

I'll stop til tomorrow. I love hulu. I haven't bought a DVD in months.

Sorry. I forgot that there was an app subforum. Joost is ok, but i prefer free ondemand movies. and yes arn, please move it before someone has a fit.

Hulu like many other video sites are Flash based.

The only way to get them on your iphone is to convince them to convert all their content to h.264

Why yes. Joost has done it (but they store all of the videos on their servers as h.264) and i'm sure hulu will have it by the time the next iPhone comes out. If not by Valentine's Day.
