When you say 'beautiful' , then I think Ancient Frog. From your list I would choose Blimp. Toki Tori and Monster Pinball were also very beautiful.
Toki Tori, Peggle, Real Racing, Sims 3, and iBomber all have great graphics. I voted Defender Chronicles cause for handdrawn graphics, those are amazing.
While for the system it's great, I can't say it looks that good. Blimps and Circuit Strike.one for me. The level completion for Peggle's pretty sweet, too. EXTREME FEVER!
For photorealism certainly Ancient Frog and Zen Bound. For badass artistic detail iDracula is just about peerless. For just plain beauty well that's much more subjective.
The one thing I hate about the Knights Onrush graphics are the weird looking castles. To me it looks like a bunch of rounded pebbles stuck together. Would look a lot better if they were larger square bricks.

Poor list to choose from, there are MANY games with way better graphics. In this list Zen Bound has it's own level of awesomeness. And I can't understand the rave about Blimp's graphics. I mean, the sound is FANTASTIC...but the graphics are well done, sweet somehow, but really nothing very special? Or did I miss any hidden level full of great animation, cool lighting, unbelievable background gfx? It's very very simplistic, I think...
