    1. Can I export these documents into readable files for Powerpoint, Excel, and Word?

    2. Can I download Powerpoint presentations, Excel documents, and Word documents onto the iPad and read them using their iPad program equivalents?

    3. Can I transfer files directly from my iPhone to the iPad via the iPad's USB adapter? Or can I only do that by extension with my laptop? Like if I just shot a video on my iPhone and wanted to put it in iMovie, could I strap my iPhone in to the USB adapter for the iPad and have an instantaneous upload to said iPad?

    Thanks in advance :D

1- Pages can export to several formats. Not sure about the other two.

2- You can use iTunes file sharing to add documents. Again, I know Pages works this way.

3- You'd need a computer for any file transfers, assuming your not jb. On a side note, if you are jailbroken, you can add any file you want to the transfer section for Pages in iTunes, and it'll send it right over to a folder on the iPad or iPhone, that you can browse to with iFile. Very handy if you want high speed transfers but you don't have wifi for SSH with winscp.

I have all three apps, but honestly I only use Pages. It's the best one of it's kind for iPad, but it stills feels clunky, especially without a Bluetooth keyboard.
