Now this game isn't fantasy based, so there are no elves or anything like that, but you choose a different nation each turn, and they each have their own strengths and weaknesses, and give you a different number of armies to play with. But the basic flow of the game is as follows -Choose nation -Choose event card -Place armies, trying to take over the various continents (each "epoch" of the game gives them a different value, from 0 to 3, and there are 6 epochs, which is a game turn, in a game) -Fight as required by rolling dice, following various rules relating to how many each side gets and how much higher you have to roll to win -Get gold for the continents you own (1 army gives you that continent's value, 2 gives you double, and three, with no other players armies in that continent gives you triple) At the end of 6 epochs, the player with the most gold wins.
