I guess this is a shameless plug but you've had some free games today and TouchArcade has got a traffic boost so I hope we're all cool! Anyway I just wanted to say that if you access www.tag-games.com from your iPhone then you'll get a special iPhone only Tag Games page. Right now it just provides links to the games on the App Store but we'll be running competitions and special offers from there so add it to your bookmarks and check back often. Thanks from all the Tag crew - working hard to make play easy!
which is the way to access the contest better? should I add the home scrreen or the ¨news screen¨¨¿??????
@pablo are you sure you are accessing from your iPhone? Sounds like you are going through the normal PC browser page. If you are accessing from a non-iPhone device you can use www.tag-games.com/mobile but of course it will look rubbish! Let me know if this works for you. P PS If you don't have the 2.2 update then Safari wont link from the game information to the app store. Get the update!
why not add it? im adding it cause im grateful for the free game. but hey, special offers too?!! why not add it? it's for your own good / joy / cheapness
Thanks,I was accesing through computer thats why it didn´t work. And also I do have the 2.2 update (yay me)
@1337Brian Car Jack Streets is coming along very nicely. That's one game we don't want to rush and need to make sure the iPhone version makes some improvements on the standard mobile game. It will of course look amazing compared to the mobile version and the audio is getting a total revamp but we also want to address a few game-play issues we ran out of time on with the mobile game. All being well it will be in the app store no later than Feb 09
hey paul. will u guys make tag sports basketball and baseball? it would be nice to have the quarterback app concept for baseball and to shoot some hoops.
We were just discussing the next projects for the All Stars series... we don't want to compete with EA/Gameloft so full scale sports simulations are out in favour of small, casual, arcade interpretations of popular sports. We also don't want to go head to head with Freeverse on their very good and very successful Flick series. Generally if you can do it inside, or in the parking lot of a Sports Bar it should fit with the concept. Not too keen to do games that already have a load of titles already released so no pool, air hockey or sudoko! Apart from baseball and basketball which are both potential options anything else you think would be fun? P
ea and gameloft have not relesed sports sims for iphone and no plans for what i know. soccer on the parking lots would be cool. oh and maybe arm wrestling.
What! No All Star Sports Sudoko!? I'm seriously disappointed now! Of course you could do an All Star Sports bowling where you bowl a ball around the parking lot. Or maybe an All Star Sports cricket game (but that probably wouldn't appeal to US gamers).
i was thinking bowling inside the bar maybe. cricket... ill. no offence but not appeling. paul is still online so lets wait for his reply
I didn't think cricket would appeal to many people in the US. I also originally thought of bowling inside the bar too. Maybe with a scrunched up crisp or chip packet as the ball and the game played on the bar top to knock down drinks or to hit drink coasters, nut bowls, etc.
