I do hope this comes out Wednesday. That's when vacation starts (first day) and I'll be able to play it all night. That is, after watching Harry Potter on Blu Ray.
I didn't do that post but yeh, According to all that we have heard the game should be out next week. If it's not the maybe really early July.
9mm looks like its using a shadow guardian engine. And silent ops using hl1 engine . Reminds me counter-strike condition zero... mmm good old times
^^ yeah but there's no guarantee of there being a House of Glass... *wonders how many people will get the reference*
Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel From gamelofts facebook page under the tabs "soundtrack" and "videos". Also, this game is definetly not releasing next week. As you may have seen You can look at info of the members of the squad (4 people). At the moment only the information on "John "Loose" Kannon" is available and at the top of the page it says "Come back on June 27 to learn more about Spalina!" but there are 2 more people after that, and by the time those are unlocked next thursday has probably already gone by, so I think thursday the week after next is the earlyest time it would release.
Okey, Dokey looks like it will be two weeks away at least. Hopefully a few of their other games come out next week.
Okay now I'm sure it's using "shadow guardian" engine. Cutscenes looks the same, color palette looks the same... But it's a good thing. Well atleast better then this: And look at 9mm screens: Gameloft should use this engine more often. Maybe for zombie infection 2?
I maybe wrong, but I think the reason why backstab(from your screenshot) looks like Gordan Freeman from the original H.L. is lack of ram. If I'm not mistaken the touch 4 has 256mb of ram.
Maybe yes. But other games including shadow guardian looks fine and normal. So I'm thinking it's graphic engine fault that shows how much ram it takes from rendering textures. So that means their "backstab" engine is really unstable - unstable to render graphics with out taking help from ram... No but there was a mobile version of the game (java2d). So there should be an iOS version soon, and maybe this year?
