Crash Bandicoot Nitro Kart 2 is also $0.99. I don't know if it's a sale, but if the first one is then the sequel probably is too.
Hey just wait til right before New Year's when the store's fully back up. There's likely to be a lot more $.99 sales at that time. I'll keep updating the thread and adding those new ones in until Jan. 2, but for now (until Dec 28th) its quiet.
Got a $25 gift card for Xmas and thought I'd snag a few of these. Seems like I have quite a few of the really good ones, but it's such a long list I'm trying to weed through the pack. Any suggestions on what may be hidden gems here that haven't been as high-profile?
Some of these games are probably gonna go back up tomorrow, I think tomorrow's the day that the app store is fully up and running again. There should be a few new sales in the coming days though because of New Year's.
Definately agree with Solipskier! Don't have Canabalt, but I have sooooo many running games that I'm just not sure I want another one (particularly when it seems many of the newer ones improved on the concept).
To be the devil's advocate Solipskier is a bit casual for my taste, just an endless running game but fun for a while. Knights of the Phantom Castle is my favorite out of this bunch so far. Also consider the Monkey Island games, I haven't played the ios editions (yet) but the computer versions were gold.
