If you liked Bard's Tale, check out Dragon Bane - it's almost exactly the same style game (but different story of course). It also has a mapping feature which BT didn't. And re: lucasarts adventures, I'm assuming you know about Secret of Monkey Island? If not, you should definitely get that.
I'm with the adventure games like Kings Quest....but just think of the possibilities for Leisure Suit Larry.
lol, that would be awesome - I only played the first one way back when. Actually, it's supported by scummvm - I was playing it on my mac a little while back. Good stuff.
Final Fantasy VI (known as Final Fantasy III in the U.S.) My favorite RPG of all time. Music was incredible. They should give this a good redo.
Castlevania: Symphony Of The Night (I would seriously pay 20 dollars for this ported so I can play it on the go (don't have a psp)) Power Stone (No limit to what I would pay to have this on my idevice) (and 2 came out in 2000 which would also be awesome to have) Chrono Trigger Resident Evil 1-3 (separate apps of course) Spiderman (ps1)
Double Dragon Toe Jam and Earl and that game I played when I was like 9 on a IIGS that I really liked that involed labyrinths/mazes and possibly a caterpillar? I dont remember if it was color or B+W. ??
