did it flop then? I still have it and still play it once in a while. It's kind of fun for a 99c app to be honest.... lacks a few things but not the worst app i have played for sure.
I'm excited for their second game. The first one was great, could use an update but doesn't need one. I hope their second one is just as good or better!
Harbor Master didnt "need" updates, yet they gave us many and made the experience much better. Big name studios should realize this is an important component of the app store.

I deleted it just minutes after installing it. To me, its another 99c wasted, should've brought a can of coke.
Coka-Cola is the kind you get imported from China... I'd watch out since it's probably packaged in lead cans.
Or they have those chemicals on the can to kill off the rats. So be careful drinking out of a can of coke, just pour it in a cup to be safe.
Ok, I'm going to go ahead and say that EA may have disbanded 8lb Gorilla. There has been 0 news about them for a while, and they are waaay past the 1 month 'deadline.' Seriously, WTF happened? I was actually looking forward to these games, but it almost seems like those games will never be made...I hope I am wrong? Can someone correct me?
I was just thinking about this. I'm guessing they weren't as successful as they would have liked to be. It seems unlikely that they would have disbanded the team after only developing one game though. I might try to email them about it.
A few years ago I talked to a few developers who used to work for EA. (not for iphone games, for PC and console games) They said they couldn't stand it when they were working there because they weren't allowed to implement any of their own ideas into the games they were creating, all the game ideas came from only certain people. There was no freedom to express. This new sub-company 8lb Gorilla is a new thing where EA allows some devs to use their own ideas.
