Really? I'll probably pick this up, but don't really see what there is to be that excited about. It's an old game, ported to the iPhone. I expect it will be solid, polished and fun. Halfbrick have been great, but am I the only one to note that on the back of an original and innovative title that made their reputation, all they've released thus far is a running game and a port of a twin stick shooter? And wonder (without much excitement) about what could be coming next? mekanikal fiend Well-Known Member Sep 9, 2010 814 0 16 #13 mekanikal fiend, Oct 27, 2010 game looks great. to the guy above: how often do you carry your psp around with you? i always have my iphone... kiranb28 Well-Known Member Mar 17, 2010 1,147 0 0 #14 kiranb28, Oct 27, 2010 I hope this one's more appealing and fun (ie: Fruit Ninja) than their other recent offering (Monster Dash)! Some ports could still kick ass, even if they're ported terribly. Game Dev Story comes to mind Zevious Zoquis Well-Known Member Sep 20, 2010 957 0 0 Canada #15 Zevious Zoquis, Oct 27, 2010 It's a port, but it has the potential of improving nicely on the original. It should look better, and it'll play better too since it won't use buttons for aiming - it'll be a "real" dual stick shooter now. I've been playing the orignal PSP mini on the PS3 and its a fun game but it's obviously more suitable for a portable device and since (as the fellow above already noted) I always have my iphone with me and I never have my PSP with me (seeing as I don't own one ) having it available on the iphone will be nice... jak56 Well-Known Member Oct 3, 2009 5,946 33 0 the 56th realm of existence #16 jak56, Oct 27, 2010 Last edited: Oct 27, 2010 yes.
