Read similar articles years ago. Although... the first argument is kinda void, since you could just assume that whichever infection the zombies had would also be carried by insects and other animals, so yes, the zombies would get eaten, but the virus would still continue to spread.

You don't know how Zombies work do you? If you shoot a zombie in the head it will go through the skull and hit the brain. When a zombie is alive the brain is really the only organ that still works. (I'm probably wrong). So shooting a zombie in the head would be like an insta-kill.
