I didn't expect too much to be honest, but I can't keep myself away from it now. Personally though, I think of the game as Popcorn Blast with additional skins. I've tried every skin several times, but the popcorn is the only one that really feels right to me. I have to admit, with 5 pages of games on my iPhone, I have trouble remembering the name of this game sometimes, and when I do, the icon doesn't really stand out enough for me to recognize it. Maybe I'm looking for a bag of popcorn instead... (I should also mention that the popcorn screenshot is the reason I decided to download this while looking through dozens of free and $0.99 games). But that being said, Popcorn Bla... I mean, Bumble Mash has quickly become my favorite 'beat-your-own-high-score' game on the iPhone, after having tried at least 25 or 30 so far, free or paid. I fired it up yesterday to try it out for 5 minutes, and couldn't put it down until I reached #2 on the global leaderboards. Number 1 tomorrow maybe... It was actually hard to stop playing it and continue to develop And personally I love PopCorn theme more than others, but we wanted to try a couple of skins to check - what players like. And as you noted it right - one of the game's codename was "PopCorn Blast". But we have some ideas on how to develop a couple of different themes into more interesting playable sets inside of one game - so we decided to choose not linked to any of themes name. Actualy, Bumble Mash is easy to remember if you connect it with Bumble Bee from Transformers But we will think about that once more later... We will try to check all of themes and fine-tune colors, so Touch-Radius preview will be more visible. Also, we can use PopCorn for game's icon for some time. I'm sure it will look great and remembering.
